Loupe's Bunny Barn is a working farm and anyone not in full compliance of the stated rules will be asked to leave.  please do not enter my barn unaccompanied BY ME

                                                                                                                                                                            

Property Rules

  • All Children must be at their parents side for the entire visit
  • NO SMOKING in my barn
  • Respect our property and surroundings
  • Be quiet at all times when inside the rabbitry
  • DO NOT open rabbit cages as some rabbits may bite and scratch
  • DO NOT touch any rabbit without permission
  • Under Lousiana law, a farm aniaml activity sponsor or farm animal professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in a farm animal activity resulting from the inherent risks of the farm animal activity, pursuant to R.S. 92795.
 
 
 
Rabbit sale rules
  • Loupe's Bunny Barn has the right to change prices at any time based on the rabbits age, quality, and color and quailty
  • A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE& NON TRANSFERABLE deposit is required to hold a rabbit .Deposit must be recieved by  5 days, after which the rabbit will be back up for sale
  • Loupe's Bunny Barn will hold your rabbit upon selection if the rabbit is paid in full up to 1 week after weaning, after which the rabbit will be back up for sale, and deposit will be forfited it is the buyer responisblity to make arragements to pick up  the rabbit when & where stated in agreeement
  • Loupe's Bunny Barn works on a first come first serve basis
  • Loupe's Bunny Barn does not have stud service for other rabbits ( for the safety& health OF OUR HERD).
  •  We require that you call before visting our farm  to set up an appt. and make sure were home at that time
  • WE DO NOT SHIP
  •  Sometimes there can be an error about sexing the rabbits , so please be sure to look at your rabbit at time   of picking up rabbit AND MAKE SURE IT IS THE RABBIT FOR YOU.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • ALL rabbits  not paid in full are the property of LOUPESBUNNYBARN UNTIL PAID IN FULL
  • THERE WILL BE NO SWAPING OUT RABBITS ONCE YOU HAVE HAVE A DEPOSIT ON SAID RABBIT,THE ONLY EXCEPTION WILL BE IF IS IF RABBIT NOT FIT FOR SALE AT TIME OF DELIVERY
  • THERE WILL NO REFUNDS IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND AND DON'T WANT THE RABBITS.

  • I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A SALE TO ANYONE .
  • WE ARE NOT TO HELD RESPONISBLE FOR ANY RABBIT THAT MAY BITE OR SCRATCH

           THEY SOMETIMES DO  AND THAT IS NOT IN OUR CONTROL SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS

 

         .  SORRY FOR ALL THE RULES BUT iT BECAME NECESSARY TO HAVE THEN IN PLACE.

                  

            >   IF YOU NO LONGER WANT THE RABBIT YOU MAY BRING IT BACK TO ME AND I WILL TRY TO FIND IT A

                 NEW HOME .  THERE WILL BE NO REFUMD ON THE RABBIT.

         .  WE ONLY EXCEPT MONEY ORDERS  OR CASH   WE NO  LONGER      

            EXCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS , THE MOMEY ORDERS ARE TO BE  

            MADE OUT TO  TAMMY LOUPE 

 

 

Terms of Sale  

  for sale- Meaning that the rabbit is for sale

 

                      sale pending- Meaning rabbitis pending sale of recieving deposit

 

                on hold for- Meaning deposit receive and awaiting pickup

 

sold- Rabbits pickup and remaining deposit paid in full and said rabbit goes to new home
